Working directly with the Architect, Designer, and Owner, to re-invent an outdated lobby design and incorporate an amenity floor that would attract new tenants to a downtown Class A office building. Through leveraging of renovations, the project has allowed the building ownership and management to begin leasing the vacant tenant spaces. ACCI has value engineered high end finishes maintaining the designer’s intent at a cost savings of approximately 15%. ACCI has communicated with current tenants to incorporate after hours work within tight parameters and providing accommodations as needed for specific events.
