This project was multi-step, involving an older building renovation/upgrade corresponding with the Arcadis Tenant fit out. ACCI coordinated building and tenant upgrades while establishing a workflow that separated the two scopes, maintaining a shared construction schedule. This allowed the tenant to move into a finished space, with established amenities.
