We converted the empty 16th floor of the 65 E. State Building into a spacious amenity floor for the tenants of the building. This includes a kitchen area with an espresso machine and multiple areas to prepare food, a state of the art golf simulator, multiple common areas, as well as a large conference room and smaller conference rooms and breakout areas.
